Channel Marketing Manager (SF or Remote)

Inference provides an Intelligent Virtual Agent platform that was designed for telecommunications carriers. It allows them to offer high-margin, value-added services to complement their core offerings with AI-powered, automated self-service via voice, web, SMS and mobile applications.

Inference provides carriers with a unique, business-critical capability - it allows them to easily configure service offerings for resale to key verticals at target price points. In addition, Inference’s easy-to-use studio environment gives them the ability to build and extend applications without the support of a development or PS team. Inference is trusted by leading carriers around the world including AT&T, Telstra, CBTS, Vonage and Nextiva to power self-service solutions for a wide range of target verticals including government, retail, travel, enterprise and SMB.

Inference is also resold by leading UC and Contact Center software providers like Cisco BroadSoft as an automated, self-service and communications extension to their platforms.

Inference’s go-to-market strategy is based on multi-tiered channel distribution. We do not sell directly to enterprise.
