What is IVR?

IVR is the acronym for Interactive Voice Response. IVR service can be found in almost every industry and has been a part of modern telephony for many decades. Inference Studio is an easy to use platform that provides you with all of the tools necessary to design and build even the most complex IVR systems, all within a simple, easy to use interface.

Our existing IVR is big and complex, how can you help?

Inference Studio is capable of highly advanced and complex applications but without the need for programmers or CCXML experts. Inference solutions provide you with all of the tools necessary to help you build your IVR applications yourself and we are here to help should you need assistance with IVR testing. These consulting services are offered through Inference Assist, our consultancy program, that we can assist you with design, build and migration services.

I want to accept credit card payments, can Inference help?

Inference Studio is a Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) certified solution.  The PCI DSS is a set of security standards designed to ensure all companies that accept, process, store or transmit credit card information, maintain a secure environment. Inference provides all of the tools necessary to build intelligent voice recognition applications that can handle credit card transactions safely, securely and in a simple manner.

Will Inference Studio integrate into my existing systems?

Inference Studio has been designed with integration in mind and is capable of integrating into any system that supports external integration. The Inference Studio API provides a programmatic method of interfacing with Inference Studio, allowing access to data and control of voice automation applications.
