Marketing Manager, Field & Programs (SF, Austin or Remote)

 As a Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the execution of marketing programs that drive bookings and monthly recurring revenue (MRR). This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in developing, launching and managing critical demand generation programs.

Successful candidates will have experience in event management and the management of marketing programs including email, webinars, direct mail and ABM campaigns.

  • Drive Inference’s participation in partner and corporate events.

  • Manage marketing campaigns including direct to enterprise demand generation.

  • Collaborate with peers at Inference partner organization to drive co-marketing programs.

  • Manage the development of content assets that will be used in various campaigns.

  • Manage budgets and ensure positive return on investment in marketing programs.

  • Manage the Inference relationship with marketing peers at partner organizations. 

  • Collaborate with the Inference team to support the overall growth of our programs.


  • Must have experience managing events and marketing programs that drive pipeline.

  • 5+ years of experience in event marketing and/or program management.

  • Previous experience with Cisco, BroadSoft or other service solution sold through telcos is a plus.

  • Excellent listening, oral and written communication/presentation skills

  • Experience with the development of other content assets (Presentations, Video, Demonstrations, Web Content) is a plus.

  • Experience actively managing marketing programs.

  • Self-starter who is able to work independently as well as part of a highly distributed team.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic start-up environment with minimal established process.

  • Ability to manage and track budgets effectively.

  • BA/BS.
