NOC Engineer (Austin, TX)

Inference Solutions have a great opportunity for an experienced NOC Engineer.
Working in a small team you will be responsible for all aspects of incident management.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of the establishment of the US NOC and help carve out and define the teams role.
As a NOC Engineer you will be required to:
Monitor and triage tickets and reported incidents.
Ensure SLA's are met responding and resolving incidents.
Troubleshoot Inference Studio platform issues.
Troubleshoot carrier interconnect issues (VoIP and IP).
Troubleshoot network interconnect issues (IP, switch and routing).
Communicate clearly to senior internal and external stake holders relating to incidents.
Work outside of business hours as required.
Architect and maintain policies, procedures and documentation as it related to incident management and response.
Required Skills to be considered for this role:
5+ years' experience in support and technical roles including NOC experience.
Analytical problem solving skills
Great communication and interpersonal skills a must.
Ability to work and remain calm under pressure and as part of a small team.
