Director of Channel Sales (Central US)

As a Director of Sales for Inference Solutions your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth with your assigned partners in the assigned region.  This is an exciting opportunity to develop creative channel engagement lead generation and sales incentive ideas while building a brand and representing Inference Solutions.  You will utilize your exceptional presentation and relationship building skills to convey Inference Solutions value proposition to groups of sales people as well as conduct sales trainings.  You will also work closely with both the other sales teams and our partners’ reseller partners to ensure we drive Monthly Recurring Revenues (MRR) through sales support, campaigns, marketing programs, incentives, sales and technical training, and other events.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and leverage executive partner relationships to grow Inference Studio mindshare across all levels of the partnership

  • Generate enthusiasm and passion for Inference Solutions among partner sales and engineering teams

  • Maintain quarterly business plans

  • Help develop and oversee marketing and incentive programs to drive sales

  • Coordinate sales and technical training for partners

  • Facilitate communications and deal flow between partners and the rest of the Inference Solutions team

  • Collaborate with the Inference team to support the overall growth of our partner program, helping in the development of partner facing collateral and sales tools, tracking and internal communication tools, and marketing programs

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in sales or channel management. Previous experience with BroadSoft and IVR/IVA solutions strongly preferred

  • Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills

  • Desire to build a world class channel program

  • Tenacious and aggressive “hunter” mentality

  • Strong executive presence and financial acumen

  • Must be located in Central US, Dallas preferably

As a key member of our Account Management Team, the Account Manager is responsible for selling into the base of Partners and growing the overall recurring revenue in the account base.

Responsibilities

  • A Main point of contact for the Partners account base

  • Day to Day management of Partners in the region and complete awareness daily of the top Partners activity.

  • Accurately forecast Sales & Revenue expectations reflecting Partner growth.

  • Provide timely, detailed and accurate reporting to management team.

  • Champion Partners needs/concerns from the account base to the Director of Account Management and across the internal departments.

  • Strong in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and understanding of Partners Success (CSM).

  • Other duties as assigned

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field highly preferred

Expertise & Experience

  • 5+ years of account management and sales experience, with focus on upselling and cross-selling services.

  • Strong experience preferred in the Telecommunications Industry with knowledge of IVR and Contact Center, Unified Communications, cloud-based communications for the Enterprise and Contact Center market.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Google Docs

  • Proficient in Partners relationship management (CRM) software; Prosperworks preferred

Presales Engineer (North America)

If you are a hands-on technologist that likes engaging with customers and solving real world problems then Inference is looking for you!

When it comes to presales, Inference's unofficial mantra is 'All demo, all the time', so you will need to be comfortable demonstrating our products at a very detailed level.

At Inference we routinely build applications in under an hour, face-to-face with the customer. You will become an expert in the full Inference portfolio, from Studio to QforMe and Inference React.

To be successful in this role you need to:

  • Be great at presenting and distilling complex problems down into simple terms.

  • Be able to write and prepare customer documentation.

  • Have a good awareness of the technologies involved - which will include premise based platforms like Avaya and Genesys as well as Carrier environments and protocols (e.g. SIP and RTP).

Experience with IVR is desirable as is experience with call center environments and related technologies.
