VP/Director of Sales Australia & New Zealand (Melbourne or Sydney based)

The Director of Sales ANZ will be responsible for monthly recurring revenue (MRR) growth targets in the Australia and New Zealand region. This role requires a combination of account management of our current enterprise and government clients, driving new pipeline from existing service provider channel partners and business development in bringing new channels on-board.

Responsibilities

  • Sales and Business Development

  • Exceed revenue growth targets for ANZ region

  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management

  • Run the full sales process from initial enquiry to demo to close

  • Manage and grow business in existing channels and accounts 

  • Engage and enable new channel partners

  • Manage sales-engineering and marketing resources to support the business

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in sales. Channel management and/or business development advantageous.

  • Ability to develop your own pipeline of leads whilst executing against our standard lead sources

  • Proven historical performance in working to and exceeding sales targets

  • Experience with Contact Centre, IVR, Virtual Agents, VoIP and telecommunications service providers is advantageous

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), negotiation and influencing skills

  • A can-do attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done

  • Ability to work both independently and as a team member
