About the opportunity

This excellent opportunity is full-time, based in our Melbourne CBD office.

You will be working with our existing team of highly skilled engineers and developers to provide the following:

• Architectural design and input to network and telephony products and services

• Support to carrier partners connecting to our products and services

• Troubleshooting of telephony and network interactions for existing partners

• Internal Training and Documentation on key telephony components

About you

• A solid background in Telephony networks and VoIP

• Legendary SIP troubleshooting skills (across multiple vendor solutions)

• Proficiency in *nix and shell scripting and or programming language(s)

• Ability to work independently or within a team and communicate effectively at all levels

Exposure to any of the following will be highly regarded

• VXML/CCXML

• BroadSoft BroadWorks platform

• Opensips

• SIPp
