React

React is a SaaS application that allows users to design and trigger real-world responses to XSI events or conditions within a BroadWorks enterprise. React can be used for anything from initiating call recording, conferencing, managing users and queues to driving call center analytics.


How does it work? 

React is entirely API driven. Using APIs you can create persistent XSI subscriptions that are filtered in real time, and trigger reactions on the network. Reactions may be in the form of XSI actions, external web services, or both.

An example of how React might be used is to monitor a call queue and listen for when the maximum wait threshold has been reached. A reaction might then be triggered to direct calls to a different queue using XSI actions.
