Callan Schebella

Chief Executive Officer

Callan is the CEO at Inference Solutions and is based in the San Francisco office. He has worked his entire career in Voice Automation, Machine Learning and related technologies.

Prior to becoming CEO, Callan was the Chief Architect at Inference and led the team that developed the company’s core products. Callan started his career at Telstra Research Laboratories in technology commercialization.  He has a Masters of Engineering from the University of South Australia and Masters in Business Administration from Melbourne Business School. When not working, Callan likes spending time with his family and enjoys his spare time in hobbies that include woodworking, 3D Printing and drone technology.

Greg Callanan

SVP, Global Sales

Greg Callanan is SVP Global Sales at Inference Solutions responsible for driving growth and expanding their global footprint. Greg brings more than 30 years of sales and business development experience that includes successfully growing businesses through the development and execution of new business models, expanding distribution channels, and executing global go-to-market strategies.

Karen Andre

VP, Finance

Karen Andre has extensive experience working in fast growing startup companies with a background in accounting and finance. She is passionate about scaling companies and building the financial infrastructure in the most cost efficient yet effective manner. Karen has over 20 years experience starting in public accounting with KPMG and more recently in gaming companies Kixeye, Kabam, Machine Zone as well as Agari an internet security
company.

Karen is a CPA with BA degrees in Business Economics and French from UC Santa Barbara.

Shaun Broadbent

VP, Operations

Shaun is Vice President, Operations and leads the technical team ensuring the ongoing security and stability of Inference's flagship platform, Inference Studio.

Shaun has extensive experience in the Unified Communications space, having spent the last 20 years in technical roles in the US, UK and Australia.

In his spare time Shaun enjoys playing beach volleyball and is a passionate technology enthusiast.

Santosh Kulkarni

VP, Products

Santosh is Vice President, Products at Inference Solutions responsible for managing the Inference product suite. Santosh has more than 20 years experience in technology management and commercialisation. He was founder and CTO at Scalify, a company that developed a world-first peer-to-peer platform for publishing online games. He has consulted with major international banks on peer-to-peer payment systems, mentored startups in the video analytics space and led research programs at Australia’s largest ICT research centre, NICTA (now Data 61). He started his career at Telstra where he led projects in the areas of distributed video streaming and multimedia communications.

Santosh completed a Phd in Computer Science from Monash University and holds patents in the areas of content delivery networks, video-on-demand and decentralised online gaming platforms.When he is not working, Santosh is often under water playing under water hockey, free diving or spear fishing.

Roger Venning

VP, Customer Success

Roger leads the team focused on customer and channel success and retention.

Roger has two decades of experience in telecommunications across multiple local operators and global vendors. Career highights include time at Telstra Research Laboratories, BroadSoft and leading the IT Architecture function at the nbn, the Australian national broadband network, as it grew from zero to over three million users, five million premises constructed and AU$1B in revenue.  His expertise includes voice engineering; IT enterprise and application architecture; and advanced analytics.

Richard Dumas

VP, Marketing

Based in San Francisco, Richard is responsible for all aspects of Inference’s world wide marketing.

He has over 20 years of experience managing enterprise marketing programs for customer service solutions. Prior to Inference, Richard headed North American marketing for NewVoiceMedia. He has also held senior product marketing and management positions at companies that include Five9, Nuance Communications and Apple. In 2014, he was recognized as one of ICMI’s top 50 contact center thought leaders.

Richard has an MBA from M.I.T.’s Sloan School of Management and a B.A. in Cognitive Science from Wesleyan University.
